Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

Currently, Pouchly ships exclusively to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150 (after discounts and coupons).

For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $15.

Note: If you do not see the free shipping option, please ensure your subtotal is above $150 excluding the shipping fee.

How do you ship your packages?

We ship all orders via Canada Post Xpresspost™. This ensures a fast and reliable delivery service.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or mailers with no external markings indicating the contents. The return address will not mention "Pouchly" or nicotine products.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in British Columbia. If you are tracking your package and see a scan from a BC city, your package is on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Once processed, Xpresspost™ generally takes 2-3 business days to reach most major cities in Canada. Rural areas may require an additional 1-2 days.

  • Cut-off Time: Our daily cut-off is 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

My tracking number isn't working.

Please allow up to 24 hours for Canada Post to update their system after you receive your tracking number. If it has been more than 48 hours and the tracking is still inactive, please contact us.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept secure payments via Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) and Interac e-Transfer.

For your privacy, a discreet billing name will appear on your credit card statement.

Can I change my order after I've paid?

You must be a resident of Canada and 19 years of age or older to purchase products from our website. We strictly enforce age verification.

Do you offer local pickup?

No. At this time, Pouchly is an online-only retailer. All orders must be shipped.
